Rubber Low-Temperature Brittleness Tester

The rubber low-temperature brittleness tester lowers the sample to a set low temperature through a refrigeration system and uses an impact device to test the material's embrittlement temperature. It is used to detect the impact resistance of rubber and plastics in low-temperature environments, providing a basis for evaluating the cold resistance of materials. It is widely applied in quality control for products such as tires and seals.
Selection
When selecting, confirm the temperature range and specimen dimensions required by the test standards, and verify that the impact energy matches the pendulum specifications. Check that the cooling method meets the required cooling rate, and note that fogging on the observation window may affect readings. Ensure that the specimen clamping method is compatible with the shape of the material being tested, and that the equipment structure facilitates maintenance and operation.

Rapid temperature change high and low temperature test chamber for thermal fatigue evaluation of PCB board solder joints.
This paper discusses the application of rapid temperature change high and low temperature test chambers in evaluating the thermal fatigue of PCB board solder joints. Solder joint fatigue is primarily caused by differences in material thermal expansion, and the test chamber simulates thermal stress through temperature cycling to accelerate the fatigue process.
