Hydraulic Film Burst Tester

The film burst strength tester uses hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to uniformly expand the film until it ruptures, recording the maximum pressure value. It is used to test the burst resistance strength of materials such as plastics and paper, and to monitor material quality in the packaging and printing industries.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the material thickness range with the instrument's measuring range. Pneumatic types are suitable for elastic films, while hydraulic types are suitable for rigid materials. Ensure the accuracy error is less than 3%, and equip with fixtures of different sizes to accommodate sample specifications. Check the automatic clamping and pressure relief functions.
