Internal Hole Roughness Tester

The internal hole roughness tester scans the microscopic profile of the hole wall with a stylus, converts the displacement signals into electrical signals, and calculates parameters such as Ra and Rz through a processor. It is used to detect the roughness of the inner wall of workpieces with apertures above 0.8 mm, monitoring the quality of hole walls in precision machining fields such as hydraulic valve bodies and bearing seats.
Selection
When selecting, consider the aperture range and measurement depth to match the workpiece dimensions. For deep holes, choose an extended rod model. Select a diamond or sapphire probe based on the material hardness, using a lower measuring force for soft materials like aluminum alloys.
