1. Equipped with RS100 standard Sensor, can measure plane and cylindrical surface roughness, support the minimum diameter of 5mm, the maximum depth of 22mm hole measurement
2. Equipped with RS110 curved surface Sensor, can measure the surface of the concave and convex workpiece with a radius of curvature greater than 6mm, need to be used with the TA620 measurement platform
3. Equipped with RS120 small hole Sensor, it can measure the surface roughness of the hole with an aperture greater than 2mm, and the maximum depth is 9mm. It needs to be used with the TA620 measurement platform
4. Equipped with RS130 Groove Sensor, it can measure grooves with a width greater than 2mm, a groove depth less than 3mm or a step surface with a height less than 3mm. It needs to be used with the TA620 measurement platform
5. Equipped with RS131 Deep Groove Sensor, it can measure grooves with a width of more than 3mm and a depth of less than 10mm or step surfaces with a height of less than 10mm. It needs to be used with the TA620 measurement platform
Principle
Different types of Sensor Probes are used to contact the measured surface, collect surface profile data, and obtain surface roughness parameter values after internal processing and analysis. Different Sensors are optimized for specific geometries to ensure Measurement accuracy and applicability.
Applications
Plane asperity measurement, cylindrical surface roughness measurement, curved surface asperity measurement, small hole surface roughness measurement, groove surface roughness measurement, step surface roughness measurement
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Sensor according to the shape of the measured surface
2. Install Sensors on the measurement device
3. For curved surface, small hole, groove Sensor, need to be used with TA620 measurement platform
4. Align the Sensor Probe to the Measured Surface
5. Initiate measurement procedures for data collection
6. Read and record measurement results
