Overview
The IPRE SR110 Surface Sensor is a precision measuring instrument designed for the measurement of curved, planar and cylindrical asperity. The Sensor uses the IPRE RS110 standard Sensor for the measurement of surface roughness of concave and convex workpieces with a radius of curvature greater than 6mm. It is suitable for planar and cylindrical measurement. It needs to be used with the IPRE TA620 measurement platform.
Features
1. Using IPRE RS110 Surface Sensor, professional measurement of surface asperity
2. Measurement of concave-convex surfaces with a radius of curvature greater than 6mm
3. Compatible with planar and cylindrical asperity measurements
4. Need to use with IPRE TA620 measurement platform
5. Suitable for asperity detection of a variety of complex geometric surfaces
Principle
Sensor through the contact Measurement principle, the probe and the measured surface contact and move, collect surface profile data, through the internal algorithm to calculate the surface roughness parameters. With a dedicated measurement platform to ensure measurement Stability and accuracy.
Applications
Surface workpiece measurement, concave and convex surface detection, plane asperity measurement, cylindrical asperity measurement
Steps
Sensor mounted on the IPRE TA620 measurement platform
2. Select the appropriate Measurement mode
3. Point the Sensor Probe at the measured surface
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read and record measurement results
Notice
• Must be used with IPRE TA620 measurement platform
• The radius of curvature should be greater than 6mm when measuring the curved surface
• Ensure that the tested surface is clean and free of contamination
• Avoid measurements in a vibrating environment
• Regularly calibrate Sensors for Measurement accuracy
