Overview
The IPRE SR131 Deep Groove Sensor is a precision instrument for measuring the surface roughness of grooves and steps. The Sensor can measure the surface roughness of grooves with a width of more than 3mm, a depth of less than 10mm, or a step with a height of less than 10mm, as well as plane and cylinder measurements.
Features
1. The measurement of groove surface roughness with groove width greater than 3mm and groove depth less than 10mm
2. Step surface roughness measurement height less than 10mm
3. With plane and cylinder measurement capabilities
4. Need to use with IPREB TA620 measurement platform
Principle
Measurement mode allows the Sensor to scan the surface of the workpiece to obtain surface roughness parameter data. Designed specifically for trench and step structures, the Deep Groove Sensor can make accurate measurements deep into narrow spaces.
Applications
Machinery manufacturing, precision machining, mass detection, groove surface measurement, step surface measurement
Steps
Install the IPREB RS131 Deep Slot Sensor on the IPREB TA620 measurement platform
2. Measuring location according to measurement needs
3. Align Sensor Probe to Tested Groove or Step Surface
4. Initiate measurement procedures for data collection
5. Read and record measurement results
Notice
• The measurement slot width must be greater than 3mm
• The measurement groove depth must be less than 10mm
• The measurement step height must be less than 10mm
• Must be used with IPREB TA620 measurement platform
• Ensure that the measurement surface is clean and free of contamination
• Avoid Damage to Sensor Probe during Operation
