Paint Film Cross-Cutter

The paint film cross-cut tester uses blades to cut a grid pattern on the coating surface, and the adhesion is evaluated by observing the peeling of the paint film. It is used to detect the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, and to determine whether the coating is prone to peeling during painting quality inspection.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the hardness of the substrate to the tool specifications, the coating thickness determines the blade spacing, choose manual or electric based on the detection volume, stainless steel material is suitable for laboratory environments, and included standard drawings ensure cutting accuracy can be compared.
