Fluorescent Light Source Inspection Box

The fluorescent light source inspection box uses a UV lamp of a specific wavelength to irradiate the sample, exciting substances to produce visible fluorescence. It is used to observe the distribution of fluorescent whitening agents, anti-counterfeiting marks, or contaminants in materials such as paper and plastic under ultraviolet light. During operation, place the sample into the dark box, close the door, and then turn on the light source for observation.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the lamp wavelength matches the testing standards, commonly 365nm and 254nm. The chamber size should accommodate the samples, with an internal matte black coating to avoid reflections. Consider lamp lifespan and ease of replacement, as well as the sealing of the door for observation. A split-type lamp design allows for multi-angle illumination.
