Computer System Tensile Testing Machine

The computer-controlled tensile testing machine drives the clamps via a motor to stretch the sample, while sensors record force and deformation data. The computer automatically generates a stress-strain curve. It is used to measure parameters such as tensile strength and elongation at break, and is suitable for quality inspection of materials like plastic films, paper, and rubber.
Selection
Select the range and accuracy based on the material type. Metal materials require high-tonnage machines, while film materials require high-precision sensors. Ensure fixture compatibility—use flat-grip fixtures for sheet materials and winding fixtures for wire materials. The software must support national standard testing methods and include data export functionality through its interface. Consider the spatial layout and power supply requirements of the equipment.
