Tongzhou Film GlossMeter

The Tongzhou Film Gloss Meter measures gloss by projecting light at a fixed angle onto the film surface and detecting the intensity of the reflected light. It is used to assess the light reflection properties of materials such as plastics and coatings, and is widely applied in the printing and packaging industries to control product appearance quality.
Selection
Select the corresponding measurement angle based on the thickness of the film to be tested. Typically, choose 20° for high gloss, 60° for general purposes, and 85° for low gloss. Ensure the measurement aperture matches the sample size, verify the validity period of the instrument calibration certificate, and consider the stability requirements for ambient lighting.
