Water Quality Total Nitrogen Detector

The water quality total nitrogen analyzer uses alkaline potassium persulfate digestion to convert nitrogen-containing compounds into nitrates, and then measures the absorbance value via ultraviolet spectrophotometry to calculate the total nitrogen concentration. It is used to monitor the total amount of nitrogen-containing substances such as organic nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, and nitrite nitrogen in water bodies, and is applicable in fields such as environmental monitoring and effluent control in wastewater treatment plants.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the detection range covers the actual sample concentration, and the detection limit meets regulatory requirements. Confirm that the instrument has automatic digestion and calibration functions, and check the shelf life of supporting reagents and the cost of consumables. Verify whether the equipment complies with national standard methods, whether its protection rating is suitable for the usage environment, and whether the data storage capacity matches the workload.
