Laboratory Electric Oven

The laboratory electric oven generates heat through resistance heating elements and maintains a constant temperature inside the chamber with the help of a temperature control system. It is used for operations such as sample drying, heat treatment, and material curing. In the coatings and inks industry, it is employed to determine solid content; in the paper industry, it is used for paper drying tests; and in the plastics industry, it is utilized for heat deformation experiments.
Selection
Select the internal cavity size based on the sample volume, with a common temperature range of 50–300℃. Consider temperature uniformity within ±2℃, and pay attention to heating rates and programmable temperature control functions. A stainless steel inner chamber facilitates cleaning, and ensure the configuration includes exhaust vents and observation windows. Confirm that the power rating matches the laboratory's electrical circuits, and verify that the protective design meets operational requirements.
