Overview
BOZHEN BZ-2.5-12 is an integrated box type resistance furnace (muffle furnace), with an overall design, the furnace body and the control box are integrated. The product uses industrial PID self-tuning control technology and microcomputer intelligent control, equipped with LCD wide window digital display, accurate and stable temperature control, effectively solving the problem of temperature overshoot. It has the function of starting timing or timing to temperature constant, as well as the safety protection of sound and light alarm and automatic cutting off heating.

Principle
The resistance furnace is energized and heated by a nickel-chromium alloy heating element. The temperature is measured by a K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple and fed back to a microcomputer PID intelligent control system. The system performs PID calculation and adjusts the heating output power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve precise temperature control. The furnace is lined with high aluminum, and insulated with thermal insulation bricks and thermal insulation cotton to reduce heat loss and ensure uniform and constant temperature in the furnace.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the target temperature and working time through the controller.
3. Start the equipment, the heating element starts to work, and the furnace heats up.
4. The system automatically PID temperature control, after reaching the set temperature into the thermostatic state and start timing.
5. After the set thermostatic time is reached, the device automatically stops heating.
6. After the furnace chills down, perform follow-up operations or turn off the power.
