BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-12 P program temperature control muffle furnace is a periodic working heater with an overall design and a user-friendly menu. It is equipped with an LCD program control instrument with a high luminance, wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. The product adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, supports 30-segment programming, and is suitable for complex experimental processes. The microcomputer intelligent control effectively solves the problem of temperature overshoot, etc. The temperature control is accurate and stable. After setting the temperature, the instrument can control the heating and thermostatic by itself, and has the functions of fault sound and light alarm and overtemperature sound and light alarm. The heating output will be automatically cut off when overheating.

Principle
The muffle furnace works through a microcomputer intelligent control system. After the user controls the meter to set the temperature or a complex multi-stage heating program (up to 30 stages) through the LCD program, the system adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology to automatically adjust the heating power and control the temperature in the furnace to change accurately according to the set Linear dispersion. The temperature measurement adopts K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the PID controller. The controller manages the on-off of the nickel-chromium wire heating element by controlling the electrical components such as solid-state relays, so as to realize automatic heating and thermostatic. When the system detects a fault or overtemperature, it will trigger an acoustic and optical alarm and automatically cut off the heating output.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Control the meter through the liquid crystal program on the controller under the furnace body to set the required temperature or program the temperature rise in multiple stages (up to 30 stages).
3. Start the equipment, and the meter will automatically control the heating element (nickel-chrome wire) to work according to the settings, starting to heat up.
4. The system automatically enters the thermostatic stage of PID adjustment to maintain the set temperature.
5. After the experiment is completed, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down according to the program.
Notice
* Make sure to use 380V 50Hz Power frequency.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the furnace body to avoid high temperature burns.
* Pay attention to the position of the heating wire terminal at the bottom of the furnace body and the Thermocouple temperature measurement port at the top of the back to avoid collision or pulling.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but its effectiveness still needs to be checked regularly.
* Please note that the weight of the whole machine is about 60KG, which needs to be properly handled.
* When the fault or over-temperature alarm occurs, it should be checked and troubleshooted in time.
