Overview
HUITAI MJ-150F-I mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, institutions, and production departments. It is used for water body analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests of bacteria, molds and microorganisms.

6. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface can be connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature through the PID Control mode with small fluctuations. The JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure are used to form a good air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box. The ultraviolet sterilization system is located on the top layer of the box to kill floating bacteria in the circulating air and prevent foster pollution. The optional intelligent program controller realizes multi-stage programmable automatic operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box as needed.
3. Start the device and monitor the LCD display data.
4. Optional use of ultraviolet sterilization system or intelligent program controller for automatic control.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz/10A before use to avoid overload.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to prevent contamination.
• Pay attention to the independent temperature limit alarm system prompt when overheating, and deal with it in time.
• Optional accessories such as test holes and program controllers should be installed and used according to the instructions.
