Overview
The HI151-1 is a High Accuracy Thermometer designed with a folding penetrating stainless steel Probe to provide accurate temperature measurement. The product has an automatic factory calibrated verification function, supports degrees Celsius (° C) or degrees Fahrenheit (° F) measurement, and provides a variety of automatic shutdown mode options. According to HACCP food standards, it is a satisfactory instrument for the measurement of food temperature.

Principle
The HI151-1 temperature measuring instrument uses the NTC thermistor Sensor for temperature measurement. The sharp penetrating stainless steel Probe contacts the measured object, converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal, and displays the exact temperature value on the display screen after internal processing.

Steps
1. Turn on the device power supply
2. Select a Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit (° F) Measurement unit
3. Development of Folding Stainless Steel Probes
4. Insert the Probe into the object to be tested (e.g. meat, fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc.)
5. Read the temperature value on the display
6. Clean the Probe after use and fold it away
Notice
• Do not use in environments beyond the specified Temperature range (-30~ 50 ℃)
Avoid exposure to environments with relative humidity above 95%
• Probes should be cleaned promptly after use
Do not use Probes for measurement of non-specified materials
• Regularly check the battery level to ensure measurement accuracy
Do not immerse the device in liquids beyond the depth and time specified by the IP67 Protection Rating
