Overview
The HI151-4 is a High Accuracy thermometer designed with a folding penetrating stainless steel Probe to provide accurate temperature measurement. The instrument supports a choice of units in degrees Celsius (° C) or degrees Fahrenheit (° F) and has a variety of automatic shutdown mode options for temperature measurement needs such as the food industry.

Principle
The instrument uses NTC Thermistor Sensor for temperature measurement, and contacts the measured object through the sharp penetrating AISI 316 stainless steel temperature probe, converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal and displays the measurement result.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power
2. Select a Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit (° F) Measurement unit
3. Use Folding Stainless Steel Probes to Contact the Object Under Test
4. Read the temperature value on the display
5. Set the automatic shutdown time as needed

• Avoid use beyond the ambient temperature range of -30~ 50 ° C
• Maximum relative humidity not exceeding 95%
• Regularly check the battery level
