Overview
The HI151 Checktemp 4 is a popular Portable High Accuracy thermometer for home and professional kitchens that uses a sharp stainless steel folding Electrode to test fresh, cooked and semi-frozen foods. The sensing tip allows users to accurately measure the temperature of thin or thick foods. Measurement units are ° C and ° F, have a waterproof and compact housing, and are factory calibrated.

Principle
The HI151 Checktemp 4 measures food temperature with the sensing tip of the stainless steel folding Electrode, automatically verifies the calibrate every time the thermometer is turned on, and the Motion Sensor does not need to manually close and reopen the Electrode when the thermometer is idle.

Steps
Step 1 Turn on the thermometer
