Overview
The HI151-2 is a blue folding thermometer with a High Accuracy NTC Thermistor Sensor that provides precise temperature measurement. The product features automatic factory calibrated verification, supports Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit (° F) measurement, and offers a variety of automatic shutdown mode options. The sharp, penetrable stainless steel Probe design makes it easy to clean and can be easily inserted into semi-solid products such as fruits, vegetables and cheese, while suitable for liquid and air temperature measurement in frozen materials.

Principle
The product adopts NTC thermistor Sensor for temperature measurement. Contact the measured object through Probe, the Sensor converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result after processing by the internal circuit. Designed according to the requirements of HACCP food standards to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of temperature measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the device power supply
2. Select a Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit (° F) Measurement unit
3. Insert Folding Stainless Steel Probes into the Material to be Tested
4. Read the temperature value on the display
5. Clean the Probe and turn off the power after use
