Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT SX2-5-12 box type resistance furnace Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, suitable for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, as well as small steel parts quenching, annealing, tempering and other heating treatment. The resistance furnace is equipped with temperature controller and Thermocouple, which can realize temperature indication, regulation and control.

Principle
The box type resistance furnace converts electric energy into heat energy through electric heating elements to heat the inside of the furnace. The supporting temperature controller detects the temperature in the furnace through Thermocouple and automatically adjusts the Heating power according to the set value to achieve precise control of the furnace temperature.

Steps
1. Place the resistance furnace in a stable and well ventilated position and connect the power supply that meets the specifications.
2. Install the matching Thermocouple correctly to the designated position of the furnace body.
3. Turn on the temperature controller and set the target temperature and working procedures according to the process requirements.
4. Start heating and the resistance furnace starts to heat up.
5. After reaching the set temperature, place the workpiece to be processed and start counting.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the heating power and take out the workpiece. After the furnace temperature is naturally chilled down to a safe temperature, follow-up operations can be carried out or the total power supply can be turned off.

• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the Rated voltage (220V) requirements.
• When the furnace body is working at high temperature, the shell temperature is high, do not touch it, and keep away from flammable and explosive items.
• It is strictly forbidden to heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
• Special tools must be used when picking up and placing workpieces, and high temperature Protective Gloves must be worn to prevent burns.
• The furnace should be kept clean and residues such as oxides should be cleaned regularly.
• During the operation of the equipment, the operator shall not leave without authorization.
• When it is out of use for a long time, the main power supply should be cut off and the furnace should be treated with moisture protection.
