Principle
The resistance furnace uses high temperature resistance wire as the heating element, and the electric energy is converted into heat energy through the resistance wire. Heat is transferred to the studio through the resistance wire embedded in the inner wall of the ceramic fiber furnace. The PID temperature control system precisely adjusts the Heating power, so that the temperature in the furnace can quickly and evenly reach and stabilize at the set value. The furnace uses aluminum silicate fiber cotton insulation to effectively reduce heat loss.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to a power supply that meets the specifications.
2. Open the furnace door and put the sample to be processed into the working area in the furnace. Note that the sample should not contact the heating element.
3. Close the furnace door and set the required temperature and program (if it is a programmed temperature control model) through the LCD liquid crystal display and controller.
4. Start heating, the equipment starts to heat up, and the PID system will automatically control the heating process.
5. After the heating process, if you need to take out the sample, please wait for the furnace temperature to drop naturally or take appropriate protective measures. Open the furnace door (the heating power is automatically disconnected at this time) and use a special tool to take out the sample.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device.

* Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated and non-flammable and explosive environment.
* The voltage and Power of the connected power supply must match the rated parameters of the equipment (220V, 3kw).
* When the furnace door is opened, the heating power will be automatically cut off. This is a Safety protection function, please do not intervene.
The maximum temperature is 1200 ° C, and the recommended temperature is 500 to 1150 ° C. Please do not use it over temperature.
When inserting or removing samples, thermal gloves and special tools should be worn to prevent burns.
* During the heating process and just at the end, the furnace surface temperature may be high, do not touch.
* Do not heat flammable, explosive, volatile and toxic gases in the furnace.
