Overview
HUITAI GMP-9050N Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is suitable for scientific research or production departments such as biochemistry and agricultural science, and is used for thermostatic experiments such as cell fostering and fermentation. The product adopts Water-Jacketed heating method to ensure uniform temperature and can remain thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-style operation interface, simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. Adopt self-designed pressure equilibrating air inlet to avoid backpumping caused by adding water too quickly.
3. Double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance, does not affect the temperature inside the box when observing the situation inside the box.
4. The diagonal air duct structure in the box effectively ensures the Temperature Uniformity in the box.
5. Water-Jacketed heating method, the temperature is uniform, and it can still maintain thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
6. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc design is easy to clean, and the shelf spacing is adjustable.
7. The overall surface of the box is sand blasting, which is not easy to scratch and easy to clean.
N8. Equipped with 4 mobile casters, it is convenient for customers to move products.
9. PID control mode, the temperature in the box exceeds the set value or the water level of the water jacket is too high or too low, automatically issue a sound and light alarm, and the low water level stops heating.
Principle
The product adopts Water-Jacketed heating method, which realizes temperature control through Water-Jacketed heating system, and automatically adjusts the temperature in combination with PID control mode to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box. When the temperature or water level is abnormal, the system automatically alarms and takes protective measures.
Applications
Biochemistry, agricultural sciences
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature parameters and Timer Range through the large-screen LCD menu.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box to meet the experimental needs.
4. Start the equipment for thermostatic fostering experiment.
5. Monitor changes in temperature parameters and use optional interfaces to connect to a computer or printer to record data if necessary.
Notice
• Avoid use in strong magnetic or vibration environments to ensure accurate performance parameters.
• Pay attention to avoid too fast when adding water to prevent reverse pumping.
• Regularly check the water level of the water jacket to prevent abnormal water level from causing alarm or stopping heating.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratching sand blasting.
• When selecting an independent temperature limit alarm system, ensure correct installation to ensure experimental safety.
