Overview
HUITAI HQH-250N Artificial climate box is a device used to simulate different environment climate conditions. It is widely used in the fields of microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling testing, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding. It uses microcomputer control of temperature, humidity and light, supports long-term continuous operation, and can achieve different temperature settings day and night.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple and easy to understand.
2. Use 134a without fluorine refrigerant, energy saving and environmental protection.
3. There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side, which is convenient for experimental operation and temperature measurement.
4. The wind speed of the fan is adjusted by speed and speed to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly.
5. The instrument control of the whole machine is placed in the upper left corner of the door panel to save space.
6. The interior comes with a miniature water inlet pump, which precisely controls the amount of water and makes little noise.

Principle
The artificial climate box precisely adjusts the temperature, humidity and illumination through a microcomputer control system. The PID control mode is used to achieve stable control, and the temperature can be set day and night with or without light. The equipment uses a Compressor cooling system and an electric heating tube humidification system, combined with a fan circulation air duct, to ensure a uniform environment in the box. The lighting system adopts LED Illuminant, which supports multi-stage dimming to meet different experimental needs.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set parameters such as temperature, humidity and Illumrination degree through large-screen LCD display and menu operation interface.
3. Adjust the fan wind speed gear (fast or slow) as required.
4. Use an internal micro-inlet pump to control the amount of water.
5. Set the program cycle and number of segments, up to 30 segments per cycle, with a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment.
6. Start the equipment, monitor the operating status, and optional independent temperature limiting alarm system to ensure safety.
7. After the experiment, connect the printer or computer to record the data through the optional USB or RS485 interface.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Power frequency check before use meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements.
• When adjusting the wind speed of the fan, pay attention to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly.
• Regularly clean the surface of the mirror stainless steel liner and box to avoid scratches.
• When observing the inside of the box, use the double-decked door structure to reduce the temperature effect.
• Optional independent temperature limit alarm system to enhance experimental safety.
The light intensity range is 0 to 25000Lx, which can be adjusted according to the experimental requirements.
• The input power of the device is 2500W to ensure that the power supply load capacity is sufficient.
