Overview
HUITAI HQH-400N Artificial climate box is a device used to simulate different environment climate conditions, which is widely used in the fields of microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling test, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding.

Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts temperature, humidity and illumination through a microcomputer control system, and adopts PID control mode to reduce fluctuations. Cooling is achieved using brand Compressor and 134a without fluorine refrigerant. JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure ensure uniform air circulation and temperature in the box. Humidity control is realized through international brand Sensor and built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system. The light is provided by LED light source, which can be divided into 10 levels of dimming. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, automatically interrupts operation and alarms when it exceeds temperature.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the temperature, humidity and lighting parameters.
2. Adjust the fan wind speed gear as required.
3. Use test holes for experimental operation and temperature measurement.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system to set temperature limit.
5. Optional USB or RS485 interface can be used to connect external devices to record data.
6. Start the device and monitor the running status.
Notice
• The wind speed of the equipment fan can be adjusted to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly.
• Use a double-decked door structure when observing the inside of the box to avoid affecting the temperature.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner and cabinet surface.
• When an independent temperature limit alarm system is optional, make sure it is set correctly to avoid accidents.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 30 ℃.
• The light intensity is adjustable, and the appropriate level is set according to the experimental requirements.
