Overview
HZAOC GDW-150A low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the shell is sprayed Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is sealed with double-decked silicone rubber, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber insulation plug.
4. The heating system uses a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life. It is controlled by a solid-state relay and is stable and reliable.
5. The refrigeration system adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the key components are imported brands, the use of R404A refrigerant, and a complete Safety protection system.
6. Temperature control using High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, accurate and stable control.
7. Control system with independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection (such as phase loss, over-temperature, overload, leakage, etc.).
8. The electrical system is equipped with an interlocking device to ensure the safe interlocking of the fan, cooling, and heating systems.
Principle
The equipment realizes temperature regulation in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater and circulating fan in the air-conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system cools down through the Compressor and refrigerant circulation, and the heating system heats up through the electric heater. The temperature sensor detects the trend temperature and feeds it back to the High Accuracy temperature controller, which controls the solid-state relay or the refrigeration system actuator through PID operation to achieve accurate and smooth control of temperature. The air supply method is upper supply air and lower return air to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
Applications
Electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials high and low temperature adaptability test, temperature gradual change test, stress screening test
Standards
GB/T2423.1-2001、GB/T2423.2-2001、GB/T10592-2008、GB/T10589-1989、GB/T11158-1989、IEC68-2-1、IEC68-2-2
Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and there is nothing within 80cm around) and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and start the device through the function button on the operation panel.
3. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
4. Start the circulating fan, and after it is in normal operation, start the refrigeration or heating system for testing.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window lighting, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test reaches the set time or is completed, stop the equipment operation according to the program and turn off the power supply.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ 28 ℃, 24-hour average temperature ≤ 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%)/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
Equipment should be operated in a well-ventilated environment below room temperature of 28 ° C.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Please confirm that the fan is started normally before operation, otherwise the cooling and heating system will not start.
• Pay attention to the various fault indicators on the equipment, and any abnormalities should be dealt with in time.
• Do not block the entry and exit trend or test holes when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check door seals, electrical connections, and refrigeration system pressure gauges to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
