Overview
The integrated box type resistance furnace SX2-5-12N is a periodic working heater, which can be used for sintering, heating and heat treatment in coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and other units and laboratories of Universities & colleges.

Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by high temperature resistance wire, and adopts K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple measurement temperature. The PID adjustment system precisely controls the temperature to realize automatic heating and thermostatic. The over-temperature protection device triggers alarm and interruption when the temperature is abnormal to ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V and 50Hz.
2. Through the controller setting program, programmable 30-segment thermostatic Linear dispersion.
3. Start the equipment and automatically control the heating process.
4. Monitor the temperature display to ensure operation within the set range.
5. After use, turn off the device according to the program.
