Overview
HNJ-1 digital torque meter is a Handheld torque measuring instrument produced by HBO, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of workpieces and the torsional performance of components. It adopts a locking drill chuck design to hold rod or short workpieces. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, reliable data, and is equipped with special host computer software to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The torsion meter uses electronic Sensor technology for torque measurement, and collects torque data in real time by clamping the workpiece with a locking drill chuck. The instrument ensures measurement accuracy through High Accuracy Sensor and 100Hz sampling frequency, and implements data analytics and processing with the host computer software.

Steps
1. Clamp the workpiece in the locking chuck
2. Select test mode (real-time torque tracking, peak hold or first peak mode)
3. Set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit comparison value, peak retention time, etc
4. Perform torque test operation
5. View the display data or connect to the host computer software for data analytics
6. Save or export test data
