Overview
HNJ-10 digital manifest torsion meter is a Handheld torque measuring instrument produced by HBO, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of the component. It is designed with a locking drill chuck to hold rod-shaped or short workpieces. The instrument is based on electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and reliable data. It is equipped with special host computer software to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
Sensor technology is used for torque measurement, and the torque data is collected in real time by clamping the workpiece with the locking drill chuck. The instrument processes the signal with 100Hz sampling frequency, displays the measurement results on the LCD screen, and can store, analyze and export the data through the upper computer software to achieve accurate torque detection and qualified judgment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ) and ensure that the working environment is free of vibration and corrosive media
2. Use a locking drill chuck to clamp the workpiece (clamping range φ 1.5-φ 10mm)
3. Turn on the instrument and set the unit, test mode, upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value or automatic shutdown time as needed
4. Perform torque test, the instrument displays torque value and direction in real time
5. View the test data, the instrument automatically stores up to 99 sets of data and calculates statistical values
6. Connect to the computer and use the host computer software to store, analyze, export, query, print, or generate test reports
7. Determine whether the data is qualified or not according to the sound alarm or level signal output
