Overview
HNJ series digital torque measuring instrument is a Handheld torque measuring instrument, mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some parts. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and reliable data. It is equipped with a special host computer operating software to connect to the computer for data storage, analysis, export, query and printing.

Principle
The instrument uses Electronic Sensor technology for torque measurement. The locking drill chuck clamps various rod-shaped or short-sized workpieces to detect the tightness and torsion resistance of the workpiece. The sampling frequency is 100Hz to ensure real-time and accuracy of the data.

Steps
1. Use the locking chuck to hold the workpiece
2. Select the test mode (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit comparison value, peak retention time, etc
4. Conduct torque test, the instrument automatically displays and stores data
5. Connect PC software for data analytics, export and report generation
