Overview
HNJ-2 digital torque meter is a Handheld torque measuring instrument produced by HBO, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of workpieces and the torsional performance of components. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and reliable data. It is equipped with special host computer software to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The digital torque meter adopts electronic Sensor technology for torque measurement, and collects torque data in real time by clamping the workpiece with a locking drill chuck. The instrument converts the torque signal into an electrical signal through the High Accuracy Sensor, and displays it on the LCD screen after processing, and can perform data analytics and storage through the upper computer software.

Steps
1. Use the locking chuck to hold the workpiece
2. Select the test mode (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit comparison value, peak retention time, etc
4. Perform torque test
5. Review test results and pass judgment
6. Connect the host computer software for data storage, analysis, and report generation
