Overview
PN-PT20 Corrugated Cardboard thickness tester is a mechanical test instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR brand according to the national standard GB/T6547. It is mainly used for the measurement of the thickness of various Corrugated Boards. It is a commonly used measurement tool for Cardboard, carton production, scientific research and commodity inspection enterprises and departments.
Features

Principle
The instrument controls the lifting and resetting of the measurement head through the lever mechanism. Under the standard contact pressure (20 +/- 0.5kPa), the measurement head is in contact with the Corrugated Board sample, and the thickness value is read through the meter head.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in a working environment that meets the requirements.
2. Lift the measurement head through the lever mechanism.
3. Place the sample of Corrugated Board on the measurement table.
4. Reset the measurement head to contact the sample at standard pressure.
5. Measured values are read and recorded from the table head.
Notice
• Please use in the specified indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃ and relative humidity < 85% environment.
• Ensure that the measurement head is parallel to the sample contact surface when operating.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• When replacing headers, use standard interface headers.
