Principle
The resistance furnace adopts silicon carbide rod double-sided heating method, and the precise temperature control is realized by the combination of PID microcomputer controller and K-type Thermocouple Sensor. The heating process adopts a phased heating method to ensure temperature stability and thermal efficiency.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply
2. Set the desired temperature by tapping the four buttons
3. Select the operation mode (fixed value operation, regular operation or automatic stop)
4. Set timer time (0-9999 minutes)
5. Start the device to start heating
6. Monitor the temperature data displayed by the 4-digit digital tube
7. Stop the device according to the program after use
