Overview
BENTING CSRJX-2.5-13 resistance furnace is a high temperature equipment using silicon carbide rod double-sided heating, the maximum temperature can reach 1300 ℃. The product adopts integrated design, light and compact structure, the furnace adopts closed aluminum silicate material, with lightweight thermal insulation bricks to ensure full use of heat.

Principle
The resistance furnace adopts silicon carbide rod double-sided heating method, and combines the PID microcomputer controller with the K-type Thermocouple Sensor to achieve accurate temperature control. The phased heating method is used to ensure that the temperature rises smoothly to the set value.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply
2. Set the target temperature by tapping the four buttons
3. Select the operation mode (fixed value operation, regular operation or automatic stop)
4. Set timer time (0-9999 minutes)
Step 5 Start the heating program
6. Monitor the temperature display (4-digit digital tube displays the actual temperature and the set temperature)
7. Automatic stop or manual stop after finishing heating
