Overview
TAISITE MFLC-2/12D ceramic muffle furnace is a laboratory heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1200 ° C. It adopts an integrated lightweight and compact design, equipped with vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and special nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating wire three-sided heating, combined with High Accuracy Microcomputer PID Temperature Controller and K-type Thermocouple, to achieve good Temperature uniformity and +/- 1 ℃ temperature control accuracy.

Principle
Power output of special nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating element (OCr27AL7Mo2) is precisely adjusted by the microcomputer PID Control system in the muffle furnace, and the vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace is heated on three sides. The K-type Thermocouple monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and feeds it back to the temperature controller, and the system dynamically adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm to achieve fast and stable heating and accurate temperature control.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V/7A 50/60Hz).
2. Set the digital display by tapping the five buttons to set the target temperature and time (0 to 999.9 hours).
3. Start the equipment and start heating up (it takes about ≤ 30 minutes to heat up to 1200 ° C).
4. The equipment enters the fixed-value operation mode to maintain the set temperature.
5. After the operation, when the furnace body is chilled down, the parallel side open furnace door can be opened to take out the sample (automatic power failure when opening the door).
Notice
• Temperature range of the equipment is 300~ 1200 ℃, do not use beyond the range.
• When opening the door, the equipment will automatically power off. After closing the door again, you need to pay attention to the delay of power recovery to ensure safety.
• There may still be residual temperature on the surface of the furnace body, please pay attention to avoid burns during operation.
• Do not plug the exhaust hole at the back of the furnace body (outer diameter φ 22, inner diameter φ 18).
• Please confirm that the power supply is equipped with an overcurrent and leakage protection switch before use.
• Device weight (gross weight 45kg) when moving or installing.
• Do not make unnecessary parameter modifications while the device is running, and use the menu lock function if necessary.
• If temperature correction is required, the correction function included with the temperature controller can be used.
