Overview
TAISITE MFLC-2/12T ceramic muffle furnace is a laboratory high temperature equipment with an all-in-one lightweight and compact design. It uses vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and special nickel-chromium aluminum alloy heating wire for three-sided heating, combined with High Accuracy microcomputer PID temperature control instrument and K-type Thermocouple, to achieve precise temperature control, up to 1200 ℃.

Principle
Power output of the heating wire of nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy is precisely controlled by the microcomputer PID Control system according to the set temperature program or fixed value, and the furnace is heated on three sides. K-type Thermocouple monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and feeds it back to the temperature controller to form a closed-loop control to ensure that the furnace temperature is uniform and stable at the set value.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the target temperature or program Linear dispersion by tapping a finger on the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Set the timing time as required (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the heating program and the equipment starts to heat up.
5. During the experiment, the real-time temperature Linear dispersion can be observed through the screen.
6. At the end of the experiment, after the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range, open the parallel side open furnace door to remove the sample.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1200 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• When opening the door, the device will automatically power off. There is a delay in repowering after closing the furnace door. Please pay attention to safety.
• Although the surface of the furnace body is designed for heat insulation, there is still a high temperature during work and just after the end. Please do not touch it to prevent burns.
• Please ensure that the exhaust hole is unobstructed to facilitate the discharge of gases generated during the ashing process.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
• When exporting U disk data, please follow the device instructions.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
