Overview
The YL4520 is a non-contact Colorimeter from the 3nh brand. It uses 45/0 lighting mode, equipped with full light spectrum LED Illuminant and concave grating spectroscopy technology to achieve High Accuracy Color measurement. The instrument supports non-contact measurement, with a measurement diameter of φ 20mm and a measurement distance of 7.5mm. It is suitable for a variety of sample heights to ensure that the measurement process is pollution-free.

Principle
YL4520 adopts a 45/0 Optical inspection structure, illuminates the sample uniformly through a 45 ° ring, receives the reflected light at 0 °, and uses concave grating spectroscopy to analyze the light into Light spectrum, which is captured by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor. The system analyzes Light spectrum data, calculates Color parameters, and ensures Measurement accuracy through camera positioning.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and connect the adapter.
2. Use the camera to locate the sample
3. Manually adjust the measurement height to 7.5mm
4. Measurement mode (single or average measurement)
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically analyzes and displays the results
6. Save data to internal storage
