Principle
Optical inspection is used to illuminate the sample surface uniformly and receive the reflected light in the direction of 0 °. Light spectrum information is detected by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor, and various Color parameters and chromatic values are calculated by built-in algorithms.
