YL4560 Colorimeter is a non-contact Color measuring instrument using 45/0 ° standard. The test Probe is non-contact with the sample. It is suitable for precise color measurement of liquids, sauces, powders, etc. It can be used for accurate Color analysis and transmission in laboratories and R & D industries, as well as accurate Color measurement and color quality control in automated production lines. It is widely used in cosmetics, fruits and vegetables, food, plastic electronics, paints inks, printing, ceramics and other industries, and supports fluorescent sample measurement. Principle
The YL4560 Colorimeter uses a 45/0 ° Optical inspection structure, i.e. 45 ° annular uniform illumination and 0 ° reception. Through concave grating spectroscopy and 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor, reflectance data is output at 10nm intervals in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range. Illuminated with full Light spectrum LED Illuminant and UV Illuminant, non-contact precision color measurement is realized, and the measurement distance is 7.5mm (+/- 0.2mm), avoiding direct contact with the sample.

Steps
1. Adjust the position of the measurement head according to the height of the measured object, choose manual or automatic adjustment and store the height
2. Use the built-in camera for viewfinder positioning
3. Select Measurement mode: Sample Mode, Quality Control Mode or Continuous Statistics Mode
4. Measurement parameters, such as viewing angle, Illuminant, etc
5. Perform single or average measurements (2 to 99)
6. View and store measurement results, Data analysis can be performed through PC software
Notice
* Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% and no condensation
* Storage Ambient Temperature should be maintained at -20~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% and no condensation
The altitude should be less than 2000m
Avoid operating the instrument in humid or condensation conditions
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
* Use the original support baseplate to adjust the sample height within the range of 0~ 160mm
