Overview
HCH-3000D smart Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is an upgraded version of KODIN Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, which adopts new digital signal processing technology. The instrument has the characteristics of low power consumption, strong penetration, stable indication, high detection accuracy, and user-friendly Operating interface. Added functions such as Probe recognition, batch group management data, multiple online Measurement modes, and Speed of sound measurement make it more suitable for industrial field work needs.
Features
1. Automatically identify the standard Probe or manually set the Probe.
2. The resolution is 0.01 mm.
3. Speed of sound calibrated (reverse measurement Speed of sound) or single point Adjustment.
4. With alarm function, the upper/lower limit of thickness measurement can be set.
5. Up to 600 readings can be stored in groups.
6. The data output can be printed through the serial output port.
Principle
The product is the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, and its Working Principle is based on the ultrasonic pulse reflection method. The instrument emits ultrasonic pulses to the object under test through the Probe, which propagates inside the object and reflects it back on the other side or at the defect, and is received by the Probe. The thickness of the material can be calculated by measuring the time the ultrasonic wave propagates through the material, combined with the known Speed of sound.
