Principle
The TS10 color difference meter uses D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) illumination mode, and the SCI measurement contains specular reflected light. The instrument uses a combined full-spectrum LED Illuminant to provide illumination, which is split through a planar grating. Light spectrum signals in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range are received by a silicon photodiode array (dual column 24 group) sensor and converted into Color data. Its innovative ETC real-time calibrating technology calibrates with a built-in standard whiteboard in each test to ensure the accuracy and Repeatability of measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot preparation;
2. Measuring location using stabilizer;
3. Measurement mode (single measurement or 2~ 99 average measurements);
4. Carry out measurements;
5. View and analyze measurement results (such as reflectance, chromatic value, color difference value/graph, pass/fail results, Color simulation, Color bias, etc.);
6. Data can be automatically stored (500 master standards, 10,000 samples) for subsequent search and comparison.

• The measurement diameter is φ 8mm, please ensure that the tested area meets the requirements.
• Operating Ambient Temperature 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation), altitude below 2000m.
• Storage Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
• Instrument Interface USB is only used for charging and does not support QC software connection.
• Please use the imported standard whiteboard matched with the instrument for calibrating. The whiteboard is resistant to yellowing, dirt does not penetrate, and can be wiped.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, please regularly confirm the instrument status and verify it according to the provided Measurement verification report.
• Avoid direct light on the Sensor to avoid affecting the measurement results.
• The instrument has a built-in lithium battery, please follow the instructions to charge and use it to maintain long battery life.
