Overview
JINGWEN JW134 paper dust degree tester is a special instrument designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T1541-1989 "Determination of Paper and Cardboard Dust Degree", which is suitable for the determination of dust degree on various paper and Cardboard surfaces. The instrument has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate. It is widely used in Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, Quality control departments and paper printing Encasement production departments to test paper materials.
Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T1541-1989 to ensure the authority of the test.
2. Reasonable structure, easy operation, easy to use.
3. Equipped with a 360 ° swirl/spin table, it is convenient to observe the sample from multiple angles.
4. Provide a standard dust map to facilitate comparison and identification of dust area.
5. The light source is a 20W fluorescent lamp with a 60 ° illumination angle, providing stable and suitable observation lighting.
Principle
The instrument assists the operator in identifying and determining the area of dust on the surface of the paper sample by providing a standardized lighting and observation platform. The sample is placed on a swirl/spin table, and under a standard fluorescent light source, the operator observes with the naked eye and uses the standard dust degree picture comparison to identify and mark the different areas of dust on the sample, so as to calculate the dust degree in the unit area.
Applications
Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, Quality control departments, paper printing Encasement production departments
Standards
GB/T1541-1989、GBT1541-2013
Steps
1, sampling: cut more than 4 250mm × 250mm samples.
2. Observation: Place a sample on a swirl/spin table and turn on the fluorescent lamp. Under the light, keep the eye line of sight 250~ 300mm, check the visible dust on the sample surface, and circle or record the number of different areas of dust with markers.
3. Comparison: Swirl/spin the table 90 °, use the standard dust degree picture to identify the size of the dust area on the sample, and mark the newly discovered dust. Sexual repeability swirl/spin and comparison until the table returns to the original position.
Notice
* When sampling, ensure that the sample size is 250mm × 250mm and the number is not less than 4 sheets.
When observing, the visual distance between the operator's eyes and the specimen should be strictly maintained within the range of 250 to 300mm.
When comparing the dust area, it is necessary to use the standard dust degree picture provided for accurate identification.
* Swirl/spin table for multi-angle observation to ensure that no dust spots are missed.
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration affecting observation.
