Overview
The YH1200 haze meter (general purpose) can easily implement ASTM D1003 non-compensated and ISO 13468 compensated methods for full light transmitance and haze testing. The open sample compartment supports vertical and horizontal testing to accommodate a variety of samples under test. The PD array detector meets the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response, and the compensation method measurement ensures High Accuracy and repeability of light transmitance and haze data.

Principle
The YH1200 hazy meter adopts transmission illumination mode 0/D (parallel light illumination, diffuse reflection reception), uses a φ 154mm integrating sphere and a 400~ 700nm combined LED Illuminant. The PD array detector meets the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response, and the compensation method realizes High Accuracy light transmitter and hazy measurement.

Steps
1. Instrument preheating correction
2. Place the sample in the open measurement area to support vertical or horizontal testing
3. Select measurement standards through large-size Touchscreen operation
4, start the measurement, about 1.5 seconds to complete the test
5. Check the pass/fail results, the data can be output via USB
