Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD50/20030047/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.

1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Monitor the operating status and adjust parameters if necessary

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the overload protection function, and deal with the fault display in time
• Use matching chuck protective cover and non-slip pad to ensure safety
• Select the appropriate Impeller type based on sample viscosity
