Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD100/20030065/20030012. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip, which can be capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure stable operation under different viscosity conditions. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. The installation position of the stirring rod can be adjusted as needed
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Time can be fine-tuned during the work process
6. Turn off the equipment after mixing
Notice
• Only allowed at Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 80%
• Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC
• Make sure the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad are in good condition before use
• The equipment will automatically stop when overload or failure occurs, and you need to check the cause before using it.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range
• Processing capacity is 40L, maximum viscosity 50000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit
