HUXI LCD Top Stirrer (model RWD100/20030068/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product features an LCD display with Rotation speed and time adjustment functions, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and equipped with automatic overload and abnormal situation protection function to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. Equipped with a self-locking chuck to fix the Impeller, stable operation is achieved through the self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
4. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
5. Turn off the equipment after mixing
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the installation position of the Impeller to avoid colliding with the container wall
• When there is overload or abnormal situation, the equipment will automatically stop, and it needs to be checked and troubleshooted before use.
• Regularly check the integrity of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
