Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to realize the mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
3. Rotation speed and time parameters set by LCD screen
Step 4 Start the mixing process
5. Monitor operating status
6. Turn off the power after the experiment

• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements
• Make sure the Impeller is securely installed
• Do not exceed the maximum viscosity limit of 80000mPa · s
• Ambient Temperature should be within 5~ 40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Stop using it immediately when there is a fault display
• Regularly check the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• Avoid long-term overload operation
