Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed with self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to different viscosity samples to ensure the mixing effect.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and time parameters
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the overload protection function, the device will automatically stop when there is an abnormality
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s
• Use chuck protective cover and non-slip pad to ensure safe operation
