Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity sample mixing.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. With self-locking chuck to fix the Impeller, stable operation is achieved through the Cube lifting fixing clip.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the penetrating hole of the Impeller
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Parameters can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
6. Turn off the equipment after mixing

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The device will automatically stop and alarm when there is an overload or abnormality
• Impeller selection should be determined according to sample viscosity and mixing requirements
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment
