Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Roughly or fine-tuned as required
Step 5 Start the mixing process
6. Turn off the power after the experiment

• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 100-240VAC
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The equipment will automatically stop when overload or failure occurs, please check it in time
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be between 0.5-10 mm
