Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD150/20030093/20030012. The product adopts LCD display screen, with self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip. It can be competent for high load, super long time continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal situation to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used for mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples, it is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor can automatically adjust the torque according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure stable operation. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal conditions, the automatic protection function will cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Install Impeller to self-locking chuck;
2. Rotation speed and time parameters are set through the LCD screen;
3. Start the equipment for mixing operation;
4. Monitor the operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary.
5. Turn off the equipment after the experiment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC;
• Ambient Temperature 5-40 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80%;
• Check whether the Impeller is firmly fixed before use;
• Avoid overload operation to prevent automatic protection triggering;
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to extend lifespan.
